Hi there, Sam here 👋🏻

I’m a mixed-methods user researcher and service designer with a portfolio spanning healthcare, enterprise tools, national policies, and integrated marketing campaigns. I specialize in omnichannel products and services, with a deep curiosity for how human interactions are shaped by sociotechnical systems.

Me at 15, performing a magic show that marries chemical reactions with sleight of hand to spark students’ curiosity and interest in STEM.

I’ve been a nerd and an experimenter for as long as I can remember. From performing chemistry magic shows in high school, to researching sociopolitical theories and psychology in university, every point of growth in my life had to do with learning to look at the world from new points of view.

I made a career out of my buzzing curiosity - UX research is the lens I use to study a myriad of wicked problems and complex experiences. My interdisciplinary background allows me to zoom in and out of interdependencies between systems, journeys and touchpoints when problem solving.
